Get Avatar By Filename

Legacy path GET /api/avatars/{filename} — отдаёт аватар текущего пользователя с диска.

Сегмент filename игнорируется (историческая совместимость URL); важно передать Request в get_current_user_avatar для If-Modified-Since / FileResponse.
