Get project setup matrix

Project-specific machine-readable connection and credential placement matrix. Application analytics, exceptions, and source maps go directly to the customer-owned PostHog Cloud project. Agentry uses read-only OAuth, while Agentry credentials are limited to interactive owner operations, CI deploy evidence, and explicitly enabled automation runners.
