Redeliver a failed webhook delivery

Manually replay the exact compact JSON payload bytes from a failed delivery owned by the authenticated agent. The replay creates a new delivery-history row linked to the original delivery. Historical rows created before payload storage was enabled cannot be replayed; send a new webhook test or wait for a future failed event after the migration is present.
