link for a monitored placement (source page → destination), target for a monitored destination URL.

subjectIdstring required

The watch id when subject is link, the target id when subject is target.

Opaque list cursor; omit initially.

format'concise' | 'detailed'

Concise: decisions/next calls/evidence states; detailed: all. MCP/code default concise, REST/CLI detailed; defaults_applied records defaults.

Command result, including queued admission.
