Submit Feedback

Submit feedback, report a bug, or request a feature.

Use this endpoint to tell the AgentLine team about anything you encounter while using the platform: something broken, a missing capability, something hard to use, or general comments.

Your feedback is reviewed by the team. Include as much detail as possible — for bugs, describe what you expected vs. what happened and any steps to reproduce it.

Returns the saved feedback with its id (fb_...) and status "open"; check its progress later with list_feedback.
