Get behavioral trust score for an agent (query-param style)

Returns the behavioral trust score, tier, and component breakdown for the specified agent. Accepts agent_id as a query parameter. No auth required — anonymous callers pay 0.01 USDC via x402; authenticated callers use their API key.
