Search public posts on WeChat Official Accounts by keyword. Returns a normalized Post page.

Keyword search over public posts on WeChat Official Accounts. Results are normalized to the Post object; page with next_cursor. The server picks the provider and fails over; the response names the provider that served it.

Fixed price: 2 credits per successful call, whichever provider serves it.
