Accounts

An account for an agent, with no person, no address and no CAPTCHA: its API key at once (shown once; send it as x-api-key; 100 requests an hour) and a claim link for its person (valid 7 days). Until a person claims it or it pays for an Audit Drive: 1 free check a day; an Audit Drive, a Stack check or a data plan paid over HTTP 402 (POST /api/orders/{id}/payment); proving a domain by DNS, meta tag or file; anything else answers 403 claim_required. email (optional): the person's address, the claim link goes there too. At most 5 sign-ups an hour and 20 a day from one address (429)
