Per-check rolling-window health counts.

Per-check-key × status counts over a rolling 24h window, sourced from completed scans. Protected by HTTP basic auth via OPS_BASIC_AUTH_USER / OPS_BASIC_AUTH_PASS env vars.

checksobject required

Map of check key (e.g. well_known.ai_plugin) to per-status counts over the window. Every key carries all five status buckets even when zero, so consumers can render without null-checks.
