Mcp Registry Auth

Domain-ownership proof for the official MCP Registry (HTTP method).

The registry fetches this file to verify we control agentavow.com, then challenges us to sign a nonce with the private key matching the published Ed25519 public key. On success it grants the com.agentavow/* namespace. Format: v=MCPv1; k=ed25519; p=<base64 public key>.
