Operator-configured sender; Reply-To is the task's inbound address. Recipient must verify separately. Replies require a retained provider-verified email and matching sender/sole Reply-To. 20 reservations/address/UTC day, within shared service budget at most 100/day including verification. Two feed slots reserved before sending. Keys retained at least 24 hours; reuse identical key/body on retries. Pending sends recover with provider idempotency within 23 hours; later uncertainty is recorded rather than blindly resent. Accepted is provider acceptance, not delivery.
