Trusted routing the caller adds beside the model's arguments (contracts section 6).

The runner reads every field from its private resolved policy, so none of it is model input. connection and tool are absent for gateway.search. The gateway routes refuse a call whose context is missing or incomplete; there is no default connection to fall back to.
