List Evaluator Templates

List the legacy built-in evaluator templates.

Returns static evaluator-type definitions shipped with the product. Prefer the /evaluators/catalog/* endpoints for new integrations; this endpoint is kept for older clients. Pass include_archived=true to include deprecated templates.
