Commissions

What matures between two dates

Commissions whose mature_at falls inside the inclusive range, oldest first, straight off the maturity index. This answers the most common partner question, when am I paid: approved commissions become payable at mature_at; pending ones still need approval first, so filter by status when you only want the certain money. Amounts are integer minor units with their currency, as everywhere.
