Domain Burn Alerts

Get report status

Same status object as data.scan on GET /domain-burn. Status is NOT_STARTED, IN_PROGRESS, COMPLETED or FAILED; next_step drives the UI flow. Pass id from GET /keys for that key's status; omit it for the client-wide status.
