Purchase domain slots

Buys domain slots for the authenticated client.

Send domain_slots and/or mailbox_slots (3 mailboxes per domain slot). Preview first with POST /api/v1/billing/domain-slots/preview.

Existing subscription (flow=update): charges the saved card immediately. Slot counts on GET /api/v1/me update after payment is confirmed.

No subscription (flow=create): returns checkout_url at https://app.aerosend.io/payment?ptxn=... Open that URL to pay. Slots appear after payment.

Mailbox slots to add. Must be domain_slots × 3 (30, 60, ... 300).
