Rename Workspace

Set the current workspace's display name.

Scoped to ctx.tenant_id, so the tenant id is never taken from the request and a caller cannot rename a workspace they are not currently in. Every user is owner of their own personal tenant, which is the intent here — naming your own workspace is not a privileged platform action.
