The account's message templates for partners and advertisers

Lists the account's outreach templates: the six defaults (first notice, reminder, final notice, for affiliates and for other advertisers), with the account's edits, then the account's own templates. Placeholders: {{brand_name}}, {{brand_domain}}, {{trademark}}, {{advertiser_domain}}, {{affiliate_id}}, {{first_seen}}, {{last_seen}}, {{observation_count}}, {{search_terms}}, {{evidence_summary}}, {{today}}. Nothing is filed or sent by this tool: Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising have no API for trademark complaints, so the person submits on the platform's own form, and messages are sent from the person's own email.
