The account's agency branding for white-label PDFs

Returns the account's report branding: agency name, accent color, contact line, footer text and logo size, used on PDF reports and evidence packs requested with branding agency. Also says whether the plan includes white-label reports, which plan unlocks them, and whether the person may change it. The logo itself is managed in the app.
