Get Connections

Get active platform connections for the current user.

Source of truth is Firestore (is_active), NOT the per-instance in-memory service cache. Cloud Run runs multiple instances, each with its own cache, so gating on a cached service made a disconnect performed on one instance look "still connected" when /connections was served by a different instance.
