Create Ad Group

Create an ad group (Google) or ad set (Meta) for a campaign

Args: campaign_id: The campaign ID (local DB ID or platform campaign ID) name: Name for the ad group/ad set daily_budget: Daily budget for Meta ad sets cpc_bid: CPC bid for Google ad groups targeting: Targeting options (Meta) platform: Optional - "google" or "meta" to create for only one platform optimization_goal: Optimization goal for Meta ad sets account_id: Account ID for direct platform creation (required when using platform campaign ID)
