List scenarios that depend on a resource

Reverse dependency lookup. Returns the scenarios (id, name) in the organization that reference the given resource (kind + id). Returns an empty array when nothing depends on it. For kinds whose dependents are hierarchical rather than flat (currently scenario, via chain-calling), each item's own dependents are nested one level deeper under dependents; omitted entirely for flat kinds.
