Force delete of a data store.

Hard block

  • Scenarios: rejected with 409 while any scenario is still using this data store (the response lists the blocking scenarios). Look them up via GET /api/v3/scenarios/dependents?kind=dataStore&id={id} and remove or repoint them first.
