List or get workflows

Changed on

Lists workflows for the caller's organization, or retrieves a specific workflow with its full definition and execution history.

Provide workflowId to retrieve a specific workflow. Otherwise, results are listed and can be filtered/paginated with the query parameters below.

Query parameters

workflowIdstring uuid

Get a specific workflow by ID (UUID). Omit to list workflows instead.

limitinteger

Maximum number of results per page.

offsetinteger

Pagination offset.

scope'org'

Set to org for the org-wide published list (published workflows visible to everyone in the org, not just the author). Omit for the default caller-scoped behavior (the caller's own workflows).

x-gw-ims-org-idstring required

IMS organization ID for the authenticated caller. Scopes every request to that organization.

x-gw-ims-user-idstring required

IMS user ID for the authenticated caller.
