Check network connectivity

Tests advanced networking connectivity from the program's environments to a specific host and port. For each DNS resolver configured on the environment, the check reports DNS resolution, whether the TCP port is open, the result of an HTTP probe, and an overall reachability verdict. Requires the advanced networking connectivity check to be enabled for the organization.
