Update shared components users. See Warning below.

WARNING: Deletes/overwrites all pre-existing shares for the specified components. Creates shares for components in single request. For each component object in the specified list, the shares replace the current set of shares for each component. For example, if one of the components was previously shared with additional users, and that share is not specified in here, it will no longer be shared with that user.<br>
