Get the cross-entity audit revisions feed

Get a unified, cross-entity, paginated feed of audit revisions, filterable by object type, object id, action, source, agent, user, date range (<i>from</i>/<i>to</i>) and free-text query (<i>q</i>), and sortable by time. Add <i>format=csv</i> to download the same filtered feed as a CSV attachment.
