Send Ops Digest

Daily job: collect traffic, product, deploy, GA4, Search Console and AI-visibility signals, summarise with the configured LLM and email the owner. Called by Cloud Scheduler with the same shared secret as the plan digest. Body options: {"dry_run": true} collects and stores without sending; {"to": "..."} redirects one send; {"skip_ai_visibility": true} skips the paid search probes.
