Returns a Google sign-in link for the admin of the business email on domain. After signing in, the admin lands on the Google Admin console page where they accept Google's terms of service. Use it when Get business email status reports the domain as TOS_SUSPENDED.

The link names the admin's email address, and the admin signs in with their own Google password.

Only the workspace owner can get the link. A read-only token is refused, and workspace API keys aren't accepted. Limited to 6 requests a minute per caller. Some workspaces have a different limit.
