Get sites linking to a competitor

Sites that link to a rival and not to this app, strongest first. Limited to 60 requests per minute per app across all six research endpoints; responses carry X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset, and a 429 carries Retry-After. Paid lookups also draw on a weekly per-app budget (429 quota_exceeded once it is used up).
