Request domain re-crawl

Changed on

Persist a durable re-crawl request for a publisher domain after updating adagents.json. Returns 202 only after the request is committed to the queue. Use the returned crawl_request_id with the status endpoint to observe completion.

Rate limits: 5 minutes per domain, 30 requests per user per hour.
