Download a finished export

Streams the export as application/x-ndjson (one product per line, default) or as a JSON array, depending on the format chosen when the job was created. Rows have exactly the field shape of the matching list endpoint, with prices in US dollars. The response is an attachment (Content-Disposition) and is never cached.
