Call this repeatedly to watch worker churn, DB pool state, and feed result counts over time. If consecutive calls hit the SAME worker PID but return different 'feed_count' values, that's a data-quality bug. If consecutive calls hit DIFFERENT worker PIDs, that's normal load balancing — the worker_id field lets you spot it.
