Verify Webhook

Meta's webhook verification step. They GET this URL with the three hub.* query params when you save the webhook in their dashboard. The dots in the param names require explicit Query aliases — FastAPI can't map hub.verify_token to a Python identifier on its own. We must echo back hub.challenge if the token matches.
