Batched UX event ingest from frontend telemetry collector.

2026-09-20 (identity audit): 0 of 22,284 stored events carried a user because this handler read body.user_id, which the client never sends — it sends a Bearer token and a guest id. The token is resolved here now (never raising: a stale token records the batch as guest), the users row is looked up by Clerk id, and the device id travels with the event.
