Submit Seeker Review

Host rates a seeker after a completed stay.

Only callable when:

  • caller is the host on this request
  • request status is 'checked_out' or 'checked_in' (allow rating during stay too so host can start notes)

Triggers recompute_stay_reputation() in Postgres to update the seeker's aggregated trust profile.
