Api Create Team

P1 fix, 2026-08-29 (RELEASE_BLOCKERS.md): this endpoint previously accepted user: dict = Depends(verify_clerk_token) — the raw Clerk session, whose subject is NOT users.id — and passed a caller-supplied organization_id straight into the INSERT with no verification. Now resolves the real DB user via the canonical get_or_create_user_from_session (same resolver used across the rest of this codebase) and enforces organisation membership in the service layer.
