Privacy rules baked in: • The Moment body is a generic celebration phrase, NEVER the raw encouragement message. We do not leak commitment specifics. • The sender's identity is never included. • Visibility resolver Rule "pulse_suggestion only" already gates these Moments to author-only-or-explicit-share contexts. • The Moment is created under the caller's primary persona; the visibility resolver still applies normally. • visibility='private' → audience='only_me' visibility='circle' → audience='friends' (caller hasn't told us which circle; safer to use friends for v1) visibility='followers'/'public' → blocked for minors via the existing write-time Rule (B4).

Authorisation: only sender or recipient of the encouragement.
