Get Founding Stats

Public founding-stats surface for the signed-out / signed-in home page.

members_joined is now read from founding_slots.slots_taken (the actual founding-slot counter maintained by try_award_founding_slot()), not from a COUNT(*) of all users with that country — which was inflating the number to include every user who happened to have ZW in their profile, not just founding members.
