Get Power Profile

Full power profile for the current user.

Defensive against ORM-vs-DB drift (2026-05-05): every user.<col> read goes through getattr(user, "col", default) so a missing model declaration cannot 500 the profile page. Every external table query (user_badges, user_power_events) is wrapped in its own try/rollback so a missing table or transient DB error degrades to "no badges" rather than a 500.
