Get Place Channel

Return the channel id, follower count, and the viewer's follow state.

Public endpoint — no auth required. follower_count always returned; is_following is null for guests and bool for signed-in users.

Auto-creates the channel on first request so the front-end never sees a "channel doesn't exist" error.
