Canonical Merge Venues

Merge duplicate venue_registry rows into one canonical record.

Steps

  1. Validate canonical exists and is unclaimed.
  2. Enrich canonical with brochure fields (safe-update: only fill NULLs).
  3. Collect amenities from brochure + all loser rows, merge into canonical.
  4. Re-point activities that reference a loser's venue_registry_id.
  5. Soft-delete losers: claim_status = 'merged' removes them from discovery.
  6. Optionally start self-claim on canonical when is_owner=True.

Idempotent: re-running produces the same result.
