Create a personal/private activity.

── 2026-05-01 chapter (BUG-PERSONAL-FACTORY-BYPASS) ────────────────── Previously this hand-rolled Activity() and bypassed the factory entirely — so personal activities skipped:

  • Hard-filter content vetting (spam keywords, dangerous URL schemes)
  • Age-rating inference (alcohol/adult keyword upgrade)
  • Length caps and control-char stripping on title/description
  • The mirror to activity_addresses / activity_contacts
  • The DQ hook (location quality, age audit) Refactored to route through build_activity + mirror_to_new_tables + on_activity_created like every other create path. The factory now accepts the personal-only params (is_personal, personal_status, access_mode, show_on_public_feed, show_on_map, allow_invites, show_on_profile, allow_circle_invites) added in this chapter.
