Map Activities

Lightweight viewport-aware activity pins for the map.

Performance contract: * Single SQL pass via PostGIS GIST index on Activity.location. * No N+1 (no relationship loads). * Payload ~12 fields/row vs ~50 in /api/activities. * Hard cap 250 rows. Beyond that → truncated:true, message hint.

Safety contract: * Only activities with PostGIS location (the same Location Truth Spine rule as /api/activities — physical-unknown activities don't appear). * Public visibility only. * Lifecycle: cancelled / expired / archived / retained / anonymized excluded. * Age rating: minor accounts only see allowed ratings (mirrors /api/activities behaviour).
