Save Lineup

Replace the lineup for an activity.

── Sub-chapter 3 (May 2026, Activity Edit Parity) ───────────────────── Two changes:

  1. PERMISSION — was strict creator+admin only. Now uses _can_manage_activity from routes/activities.py so the full host authority hierarchy applies (creator, claimed_by, org admins). This unblocks claim editors and org event managers from editing the lineup, which they need for the broader edit panel UX.
  2. MIRROR — activity_lineup table is now the canonical source of truth for lineup. After a successful save we mirror a compact JSON representation back to activities.lineup for backward compatibility with surfaces that still read the legacy column (ActivityDetail prefers /api/lineup but falls back to lineup JSON; older import paths still write to lineup JSON).
