Streams translated UI strings as SSE. Each event: data: {"batch": {key: translated, ...}} Final event: data: {"done": true}

Cache hierarchy (fastest to slowest):

  1. In-process dict (per-worker, hot, survives only the worker's lifetime)
  2. DB i18n_translations table (persistent, shared across workers + restarts)
  3. Gemini API (network call; result stored in both caches)
