Post Nps Prompt

Upsert a feedback_prompts row by session_id + (user_id OR guest_id).

Each drawer step calls this; we union the new fields on top of any existing row. dismissed=true marks the row's dismissed_at so the suppression rules in useFeedbackTrigger.js read it.
