Send Connection Request

Send a connection request to another user.

Rules:

  • Cannot connect with yourself
  • Cannot connect if either party has blocked the other
  • Cannot create a duplicate pending request (returns the existing one)
  • If the OTHER party already has a pending request to me, this call auto-accepts it (convergence). Reduces friction — if we both tried to connect at the same time, we shouldn't have to debug who hit POST first.
