Creator cashes out ARC to real money.

Chapter — Wallet repositioning (May 2026): DISABLED by feature flag (ARC_CASHOUT_ENABLED = False). ARC are platform contribution credits, not withdrawable cash.

The implementation below is preserved for optional future re-enablement once payout infrastructure is properly built (KYC, EcoCash/bank integration, creator_wallets → wallets bridge, legal/accounting framework). Do not enable the flag without those.

Rate (when enabled): 100 ARC = $0.70 USD (platform keeps 30% spread). Minimum: 1000 ARC ($7.00 USD). Paid to creator wallet for withdrawal via EcoCash/bank. Only verified users eligible.
