Regenerate Poster Endpoint
Regenerate the poster for an existing activity using the v2 pipeline. Uploads to Supabase Storage and writes the URL back to activity.poster_image.
Auth: only the creator (or platform admin) can regenerate a poster. Rate-limited to 5 calls per hour per user (same as /generate-poster).
